Kindergarten Connection Your child's week with Mrs. DeLapa                               Last Week We are all just loving hearing about the timelines as they come in!! I put them under the document camera and each child wears the microphone and tells his/her story to the class. Be sure to take a peek in the hallway while here for conferences. Now that the weather is more like fall, please be sure your child has adequate outdoor clothing each day. We go outside 3 times a day and we want all the children to be comfortable. Thank you. I don't think I have ever seen so many families in our Media Center at one time. Thank you for your support of our Library. Kindergarten Connection Your child's week with Mrs. DeLapa                               Last Week Our Bucks for Brown celebration was lots of fun. A huge thank you goes out to all of you and the generosity we experienced during this time of raising funds for Brown School. I am unsure of the exact amount, but we collected over $30,000.00!!! That blows my mind! We are so blessed with the incredible support our families show our school and students. Thank you!!!! As you know, in Science we have become Weather Reporters. We charted 6 days of weather together. The charts were sent home on Friday for your child to finish at home. It is fun to do some predicting as well. During our snack time we have learned that our taste buds change every 2 weeks. When a child says that he/she does not like our snack, someone is sure to remind him/her of this truth. Wha...
